What type of bit, carbide, sanding band, etc...
NEVER EVER USE A DREMEL DRILL. Take the time and use a file. It is so much more healthier for the natural nail.

Which bit is better to use on glass, a diamond bit or a carbide bit?
Need to drill a hole in glass.
It is hard to get a pointed carbide bit to start and there is always a temptation to push too hard. Diamond works better. When people say go slow, that means the feed, not the spinning rate. Always use water on the glass or drill in a container of water, the local heating will crack the glass.
